Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. We are open Monday – Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm MST

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Our return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. Item must be in original packaging and you must have your receipt. In the event of a defective item, please contact us to discuss your options.

Q. When will I receive my items?
A. You will receive your order the following business day as long as your order is placed before 4:45pm. We do carry 1,500 in stock for same business day delivery. Please call customer service at 406-543-7171 if you need your item same day.

Q. Will there be a shipping charge?
A. We offer free delivery on any size item and order. There are special circumstances that will incur a delivery fee but you will be notified first.

Q. What are your payment terms?
A. Payment is due net 30 days from date of statement. Your statement will be mailed out the first business day of each month and will show your outstanding invoices for the previous month. For specific accounting needs, please contact customer service.

Q. What if I see a lower price somewhere else?
A. We will price match any advertised or quoted price from another supplier. Just let us know the price and terms of the item. We try to give all our customers the best pricing on over 75,000 items.

Q. I need furniture for my office. Where do I start?
A. Contact customer service or your sales rep. We offer thousands of furniture items for next day delivery as well as thousands of special order items. We also offer free office design planning, which will give you 2D and 3D views of your office. We have free delivery and installation on all furniture orders.

Q. I have empty ink cartridges and toner. What should I do with it?
A. Contact customer service and we will pick up your old ink/toner cartridges. We then recycle all of the cartridges in order to keep them out of the landfill.

Q. Do you refill cartridges?
A. We do not refill cartridges. However, we do sell compatible ink cartridges and toner. This means the cartridges contain up to 80% new parts and maintain an overall defective rate of under 2%. The compatible toner is 100% guaranteed. If you are not happy with the quality please contact customer service. We will beat any refilled price on ink and toner.
